To access the Toyota Halo Invoice Portal, navigate to: https://toyotaaustralia.chargebeeportal.com/portal/
The Toyota Halo invoice portal allows account owners to:
- View your current and cancelled subscriptions
- Account Information – Edit account information (company name only)
- Billing & Shipping Addresses – Update billing details as they appear on your invoices
- Payment Methods – Add a payment method and change your primary or backup payment method
- Billing History – View/download your invoices and pay any unpaid invoices
To login to the portal, enter your email address.
This should be the same email address that was provided on your Toyota Halo Registration Form when your Toyota Halo account was created.
You will be sent a one time code to your email. Enter this code to login.
Once you have logged-in, you will be able to navigate to the various fields as below:
