The harsh events report gives you an overview of all the harsh events that have been recorded within a specified time frame in Halo.
To view this report in Halo, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Dashboards > Driver Dashboard
- In the Harsh and Speeding Events graph, select “See Full Report”
- This will lead you to the harsh events report. Next, navigate to the filters and select the filter for last month
You will now be able to see the Harsh Events Report for your specified time period.
You can now schedule this report to be sent to a specified email every day, week or month. The following example is for a monthly scheduled report.
4. To schedule this as a monthly report, hit Export > Schedule Report
- Give the report a name that suits you. Select Monthly send on the 1st of month at a time that suits. Reporting period should be last month. Report format CSV.
You can modify the send to email, subject and email message as required here.
Once complete, hit Schedule.
- The report can be modified or deleted at any time by navigating to Repots > Scheduled Reports
