How to edit an existing workflow

First, select workflows from the right-hand menu

You will see a list of all your available workflows. Select the one you wish to edit.

A typical workflow will look like this

Workflows consist of logical building blocks that enable fleet managers to achieve a range of objectives such as triggering alerts, setting reminders or identifying particular driver behaviour. Workflows are typically arranged from top to bottom and start with a Listener block. You can drag blocks around the screen for ease of navigation

Each block has a red and a green dot on its bottom edge. If you connect from a red dot, the next block will activate if a negative response is given. If a green dot is used, the workflow will activate on a positive value.

This block will activate the next one if the listener argument is true. In other words if the speed is in excess of 40km/h. If the block connected via the red dot, it would trigger on any speed less than 40km/h, including stationary. Workflows are powerful and logical so take care to think about unintended results

Each block can be edited, and depending on what type of block it is, different parameters can be set

This is a listener block. Use this to start your workflow based on an event that may happen within your fleet

Blocks come loaded with standard filters that enable you to configure a range of scenarios

This is a delay block. Use this to prevent spam messages sent by listeners. For example if you want to monitor vehicles exceeding a certain speed, you may want to do so only when it has been exceeded over a period of time so that it doesn’t constantly trigger

A notification block lets you configure messages sent by the workflow
