1. First select Drivers from the top-right menu
2. Then click the New Driver button at the top-left of your screen
3. Either create a new driver or choose from existing users. Existing users are those who already have an account in Halo
If you have set up user accounts for your drivers already, their names will appear in the dropdown. As the user is already set up, the option to add them to a tag can be completed under user management and so does not appear here.
Create a new driver from scratch if they are not yet set up in Halo and do not need to use the system as a manager. You can assign a tag at this stage (for example, a pool tag, which will enable them to self-assign a vehicle
4. Populate the details and click email or SMS depending on how you’d like the driver to get notified of their account.
